Fernando Botero was bron in April 19,1932 in city Medallin, Colombia.

1948 he was working whitc an artist.

He was held its frist internation show at the Leo Matiz Gal.

its works had influence fron Italian renaissance,
where it tried the creation of the volume in its works, expanding the figures and compressing the space around them, a quality that continues making possible to the painter pictures of imaginary groups and parodies on the work of famous masters.
its works is interesting to notice the two more salient traces of almost all: its figures are fat and have the closed mouth. They seem people who receive food in exchange for its silence.
